At MaxPaw, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with every purchase; if not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products remain in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MaxPaw account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
